Any product (unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and documentation) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Important Notes
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. (This applies to items explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.)
Do not ship defective items back without contacting us first. Defective returns sent without prior authorization will be denied, and no refund will be issued. If you received a defective item, please email us at help@modernocollections.com.
You may choose to receive store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees will not be applied for store credit refunds and exchanges.

Bulk Orders
The following are considered bulk orders and are eligible for store credit only, not a refund to the original form of payment:
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order has entered our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled, even if a tracking number has not yet been issued. The absence of a tracking number does not mean the order has not been shipped.
Shipping Address Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to sender for any of the following reasons are not eligible for a refund:

Missing Items in Returns
Returned products must include all original accessories, parts, cables, adapters, manuals, and packaging materials. Returns received with missing components may be subject to a partial refund or full denial at our discretion.
Return Shipping and Tracking
It is your responsibility to ship the return with a trackable shipping method and to provide us with the tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without verifiable tracking.
Customer Responsibility on Condition
It is your responsibility to return the product in acceptable condition. If your returned item is damaged (whether by you or during return transit), you may not receive the full product value.
Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to refuse future returns, refunds, or orders from customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns or return abuse. Accounts may be flagged or restricted at our discretion.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service team first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without giving us the opportunity to assist delays resolution for everyone and may result in your account being flagged for future orders.
